wew-promo-france-front 2017

Thursday May 18 to Friday 26, 2017

Welcome Beloveds!  We’re so looking forward to sharing this special retreat with you.

The retreat is very experiential with group and individual processes, meditations and journeys, sacred sound and movement, tincture and essence creating as well as time to rest deeply.

You may find once you choose to register for this retreat that your sense of connection to the land increases or that other things arise for you. Please feel free to contact Jacqui by phone, skype or email if you would like to chat about anything arising for you, if you have any planning questions or if you’d just like to share your enthusiasm!

Jane and I are looking forward very much to getting to know you all and sharing a deep dreaming time, inspiration, laughter, transformation, and of course, the rocks and trees of this magical land!

No Essence making or Herbal Medicine experience is required. Just a deep love of the earth and a desire to commune more with nature, your heart and spirit.

All love and blessings,

Transport and pick ups

On Arrival May 18: There will be a meeting point at Toulouse Blagnac Airport at 12.30pm (or Limoux station 2 hours later). We will liaise with you about the precise location.

On Departure May 26: You will be dropped off at Toulouse Blagnac Airport at 2.30pm or Limoux railway station by 12.30pm

You may choose to fly to Touloue from Paris, Barcelona, Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, Dublin or London. Sydney has direct flights via Frankfurt on Lufthansa. There are also several fast trains from Paris daily to Toulouse, Toulouse to Carcassonne or Carcassonne to Limoux. There are many flights per day, Paris to Toulouse, which can be more economical than the train. If you are driving, we can pass on instructions to find the Hostellerie at Alet Les Bains.

While it’s not necessary that you’re very fit, there will be walking on most days.  The terrain varies from level walking through forests, navigating a few rocks, to steep (though not particularly difficult) walks up to Montsegur and some hills. Walking each day varies from about 1-3 hours.

If you have any medical conditions, please let us know.  Your personal travel insurance is essential for this journey.

The cost of the retreat, AU$3295 incl gst, is based on twin share.  There are only 3 twin share rooms available and the rest are singles, so please let us know your preferences early.

If you’d like a single supplement, the cost is an extra AU$300.

The single rooms are simply furnished and not particularly large, but each has its own bathroom.

To secure your place

After Jacqui confirms there’s a space available for you, please fill out the Registration Form, sign the Waiver form and deposit AU$800 into the account which will be given with your emailed Information package. I like to talk with each person who would like to attend, to clarify any questions and ensure you are fully aware of the intentions of the retreat.

We only take a maximum of 8 people on this journey, so it’s essential that you pay your deposit of AU$800 as soon as you register, to secure your place. Payments can be made via Paypal through the website, personal cheque, direct deposit or international bank transfer.

You can then pay the balance in full, or in a couple of instalments, with the final amount being required by April 10th 2017. After your deposit, the first instalment of AU$1247.50 is due by February 1 and the second instalment of AU$1247.50 by April 8, 2017
