chicory-mineBach Flowers Retreat

Bach Flowers help us reconnect with our true nature inviting a journey of self discovery of self expression and awakening our creative potential.

Connect with the healing power of nature in this comprehensive practitioner workshop which explores the meanings and application of the 38 traditional Bach Flower Remedies. Each flower communicates a specific state of being which acts like an invitation for us to develop new strengths, let go of outdated ways and potentiate dormant skills. Working with the flowers is deeply transformative, allowing profound shifts safely and gently. Dr Edward Bach was passionate in striving for a system of healing that would be gentle, simple to work with and made from the vital life force of nature.

In the Retreat we will be:

  • Exploring the history of Dr Edward Bach and the development of the essences which are mostly made from English wildflowers.
  • Connecting closely with each flower through its form, growing patterns, colour and character
  • Learning about communicating with the Bach flowers for health and healing
  • Learning how to make, prescribe, combine and dispense Bach Flower essences.
  • Prescribing for ourselves, others, children and animals
  • Applying essences topically
  • Working with the Flower Affinity Process
